In the Eastern Churches they have ‘St’ in front of their names, same as the holy men and women of the new covenant. St Elias, St Solomon, St Judith, etc. and have their own saints days.
In the West, are we allowed to pray for the intercessions of the Old Testament patriarchs? Does anyone know any good devotions of this sort?
