One of our members was robbed. I’ve been there, done that, bought a gun but God protects us, not guns. May we pray, as Christ counseled St. Gertrude the Great after her convent was robbed–CONVERT SINNERS, DEAR LORD!

Tender Baby Jesus, the Holy Innocents suffered a fate meant for You. Our Father gave the Blessed Virgin Mary the powerful and meekly obedient Saint Joseph to allay such dangers, giving him dream inspiration from the Holy Angels as with beloved Daniel, who foretold Your coming. Let the Holy Spirit inspire us in preventing and avoiding danger; and bring us saintly aid with Saint Joseph’s intercession; and the direction and protection of the Holy Angels.
Bring, Infant King of Kings, that greatest of miracles, and receive our praise and thanks, for converting, in advance of any harm to us, those who would forfeit their eternal souls and endanger our peace, our lives and our fortunes. Bring us Your inner peace that surpasses all understanding and receive our eternal, adoring gratitude for miracles of conversion, all for Your honor and glory. AMEN **
