I don’t believe that you have to do that. I am catholic, but don’t believe in everything the bible teaches. Therefore, I will not follow that ‘rule’. Especially if I do not want children. The world is overpopulated enough.
I am on the right course for my life, who’s to say I am unnatural besides the people at this forum. I respect other beliefs and even religions, whos to say that they are right are wrong. Catholics are too quick to judge others.

Up until that point, no one had “judged” you, only pointed out that your tone certainly did imply that you had “all the answers,” despite your histrionic attempts to claim otherwise. Subsequent posts have only confirmed this.
No one forced you to pose the question on the forum, or make subsequent replies. You received the type of answers that you requested, then complained.

You sound like a family member of mine and many others. A disease has infected the Church indeed.
As a Catholic you MUST believe in EVERYTHING the Church has defined via the Roman Pontiff or an Ecumenical Council in order to be a “Catholic”. Failure to believe EVERYTHING, picking and choosing what to believe (Cafeteria catholic we call them) would define you as a heretic- excommunicated ipso-facto. You would be officially denied to receive Holy Communion and even absolution in the confessional unless you repent of your heresy.
As a Catholic, you may dissagree with the Church on the issues taught in Humanae Vitae (birth control) but you MUST OBEY the Church on this- failure to obey, knowing the Church teaches what you are doing is wrong and sinful- is MORTAL SIN - We are not judging you here- but we can say you are WRONG- nothing wrong with that at all- just trying to point you in the right direction and help you.
As far as “Catholic” - we are NOT ALLOWED to hold to different religious beliefs contrary to what has been defined already. I had an argument with a family member who said “I don’t believe in going to confession now let me alone- you have your religious beliefs and so do I- respect me for that.” - But a Catholic is one who believes that you MUST go to confession! (Council of Trent Session 14)
Saying “The world is overpopulated enough” is a pure excuse and alame one. You lack the facts. One main reason there are so many problems in the world is because there are not enough younger people- there is an entire gemeration of people who shoudl be here but aren’t! These people could have solved the problems we have today…instead the older people are more in abundance than us younger people and it is getting worse because WE ARE NOT HAVING ENOUGH CHILDREN!!! Do you realize that the muslim nations will take over the world soon if we do not start having more children? You need to wake up- I suggest you call your Diocese immediately so you can be re-schooled in the Catholic Faith. Your beliefs here seem “not Catholic”.

Ok, it’s your opinion that I am wrong because of what you believe in, but another religion might see that I am right. My entire family is catholic and my grandma is the only one who lives exactly by the bible. My cousins and I see eye to eye on the subject.
No way the world is not populated enough. Pretty soon there will be no forests left because we are cutting them all down to make room for homes and businesses, because there are too many people in this world.
I don’t go to confession either. I believe that I can tell God that I am sorry right where I stand and be forgiven if I am sorry enough.
I was born catholic, but I don’t believe in following something a book tells me… I’m not going to live my life like that.

If I were a Protestant I could only offer you my opinion. As a Catholic I can repeat for you what the Church has decreed, not offering you my opinion but the teaching of the Church that is fact, not opinion.
The Catholic Teaching condemns the use of contraception and improperly performing the Marital Act which is the renewal of the Marriage Covenant. This is not my opinion, it is a fact.

No forests? You must not even believe in God. He created all of this universe out of nothing and He can create more trees if He wants to. The children you are failing to bring into this world could possibly invent the cures for all the ills you fear.
The Church is not discriminatory towards women. They cannot be priests because they cannot take the place of the Son of God at Holy Mass- you must not even know what the Mass actually is—most who fight for female priests do not believe in what the Church teaches Holy Mass is.

This makes no sense. Your posts to our replies indicate that there is no need for you to worry, since you do not believe in everything the Church teaches.
If you do not believe everything, how is it possible for you to even believe one thing thinking that any one thing can be false?
Your question gives authority to the Church itself yet you take it away for certain things YOU think…it is like it is a religion of yourself- you are in command, you are in control, you are “God”. But your question seeks answers- this is what you have received.

You have the freedom to believe the Catholic beliefs as defined by the Church or the freedom to leave the Church in apostacy/heresy indeed. However when you claim to be “Catholic” and state in public forum things contrary to the Catholic Faith as defined by the Church you need to be corrected publicly so that others do not follow your path into apostacy.
Again, you have the freedom to leave and believe things contrary to the faith, just not claim publicly “I am Catholic and do not believe in everything the Catholic Church teaches”. Such statements make you excommunicated.
God is THREE PERSONS…not an “it” or a “thing”. The Second Person in the Godhead is a Male Person. It is also fact that God wants us to refer to Him as a man, as our “Father”. To refer as God as female is dangerous.
It is equal to say “If you really think that God became a man, rose from the dead and that priest “magically changes” that wafer of bread into Jesus Christ Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity you need a reality check.” Then again I can most likely assume that you also deny belief in the Ressurection as Modernism claims and also deny the Catholic Belief in Transubstantiation.
God loves all equally indeed. I never said He didn’t. But if I can see where you are going with this, to even deny the existance of Hell, again the Modernism/New Age Heresy ties are clear.

And also I believe in hell, but only because of people actually becoming possessed and priest having to perform exorcists.
