Preces at Lauds/Vespers today?

Hi all,
My breviary says we are to say Preces today at Lauds and Vespers, but divinumofficium.org does not say this. Which is correct (also I’m possibly reading my breviary wrong again; it wouldn’t be the first time)?

Today is the third class feast day of St. Peter Chrysologos, which does not have the Preces. The First Wednesday of Advent is commemorated today instead.
