Right before Mass today we were told that the Archbishop recommended the distribution of the Precious Blood will be suspended as a precaution due to the the Coronavirus.

You are actually receiving the Sacrament of His Body, and you are receiving his Blood, Soul, and Divinity concomitantly, but not sacramentally. The chalice holds the blood sacramentally present, and the body concomitantly present (unless you should happen to drink the small particle that the celebrant breaks into the chalice). There is a difference.when you receive the Host, you are receiving Body AND Blood, Soul and Divinity.
As a servant of my Lord I am to assert what my Lord asserts to be in the chalice and not to let my material senses nor practicality define the substance of our sacrifice.As an emhc I can assure you that alcohol in the Blood of Christ remains. Even though not effective to kill covid 19 as another poster noted
