Prayer for Preemies
Almighty God, bless this dear child, born before their time, yet made in Your image and perfect in Your sight. Father, we ask if it be Your will, that this beautiful baby may grow stronger and healthier with each passing day. Give us, O Lord, the strength to entrust to Your care this precious little one, so very much beloved, and grant us the grace to pray as Jesus taught us,“Thy will be done”.
Amen.

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.
Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

I have 2 grandchildren who were both preemies. They are little fighters.
Praying for this little baby and her parents as they go through the next 6-8 weeks and praying the baby’s lungs will develop to breathe on her own as well as her being able to eat on her own as soon as possible.
Praying for the doctors and the nurses caring for this baby.

Our Father, Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.

**O Blessed Virgin Mary Mother of God and our most gentle Queen and Mother look down in mercy upon England thy Dowry
and upon us all who greatly hope and trust in thee. By thee it was that Jesus our Saviour and our Hope was given unto the world
and He has given thee to us that we might hope still more.
Plead for us thy children whom thou did receive and accept at the foot of the cross O sorrowful Mother,
Intercede for our separated brethren that with us in the one true fold they may be united to the Chief Shepherd the Vicar of Thy Son.
Pray for us all dear mother that by faith, fruitful and good works we may all deserve to see and praise God
together with thee in our heavenly home. Amen.

Remember,
O most gracious Virgin Mary,
that never was it known that any one who fled to thy protection,
implored thy help or sought thy intercession,
was left unaided.
Inspired with this confidence,
I fly unto thee,
O Virgin of virgins my Mother;
to thee do I come,
before thee I stand,
sinful and sorrowful;
O Mother of thy Word Incarnate,
despise not my petitions,
but in thy clemency hear and answer me.
Amen
