Prefaces and Eucharist Prayer

Is there any way to know which preface or which eucharistic prayer is going to be used at any given mass? I’d like to start reading along with the prayer especially, but there are so many choices.
Any help?

I have seen a couple of parishes that post the EP on a board along with the hymn numbers but it is rare. Try to memorize the first lines of I to IV, and you will know which one it is since those are the ones most often used on Sunday.
