So, are you saying that Saint John Paul II, Benedict XVI and Pope Francis are heretics?

Why do you keep quoting obsolete ecclesiastical law to make your point, yet you refuse to consider the situation under the current law and a number of documents and examples from the Church, both under the old law and the current law?

You have determined, by your own authority, that our last several Popes have publicly committed morally illicit acts.

If I am present at an Orthodox Divine Liturgy, my soul compels me to participate. I cannot help but worship the living God, fully present upon the altar, cried out to in hymns, prayers and scripture that is a part of me, that belongs to me as much as to the Orthodox. It is not their prayer and liturgy that I pray, it is my own. My heart breaks at the lack of Communion.

Abrogated, then.
As for worshiping God in Orthodox services, there is something called private prayer. I generally pray the rosary at non-Catholic services.
I am glad that you have found a way to get through an Orthodox service that quiets your conscience. I pray the Rosary when I’m with Latin Rite Catholics are praying the Rosary. I pray the prayers of the Divine Liturgy when I am at the Divine Liturgy. I prayed the prayers of the Mass when I am was an SSPX Mass (where I received Communion without scruple I cannot quiet the stirring of my soul when I hear the prayers of praise and Thanksgiving in the Divine Liturgy, no matter the ecclesiastical context. My soul recognizes true worship of the living God and responds accordingly.

I’m wondering if you would apply your interpretation to non-Eucharistic liturgical services as well. They are the liturgy of the Church, public prayer, but do not require faculties.
