President George W. Bush Gets Pro-Life Award on Abortion

Saskatoon, Canada – A Canadian pro-life group gave former President George W. Bush an award yesterday honoring his pro-life record and recognizing his fight against abortion. The Saskatchewan Pro-Life Association presented the president with the award while he was in town to give an address.

Good news. Now let’s see what our liberal friends on the forum, and some Catholics who voted for Obama, have to say now. Some said Bush never did anything to help pro-life.
 
It’s really scary to see how easy it us for our current Pres. to stop and reverse progress made by the Bush Administration on abortion. After Bush left office there was much talk of him converting to Catholicism. I’ve even heard some say that He was the first Catholic president in American history. Sorry Pres. Kennedy 😦 Anyway God Bless Bush 43 for all his work advocating pro-life. The majority of Americans for the first time in decades consider themselve pro-life, and abortion rates are slowing down. I think he certainly deserves this award for his public stance and maybe even a little credit.
 
In the end, Bush will be vindicated by history. He knew that, and that was good enough for him.

I agree with this! Pres Bush was a Godly man. I think that is what got him through and still gets him through all the personal attacks.

I think events will show that he stood up to evil…and it was the right thing to do.
Lots of people cite Iraq… but forget that Sadaam Hussein killed thousands of his own people with chemical weapons. How quickly people forget the ugly stories we all heard about Hussein and his sons. His sons that radomly kidnapped people off the street as weekend fun… and put them in sweat boxs on the lawn and laughed while they died.
The women they raped at radom on the street.

He saved millions in Iraq, Afganistan, Africa, and the unborn.

God bless him.
