Presidential candidates-State Rights and Human Life Amendment

1 -Two Presidential candidates have stated they will push for a Human Life Amendment on abortion.

Can this really be passed or is a mute point?? Will it affect abortion?

2 - One or two candidate believes abortion should be abolished at the federal level and pushed back to state rights.

What will happen if abortion is pushed back to the states?

Given the views of most Americans, I don’t think a Human Life amendment has much chance.

Removing the question from the federal level and allowing states to regulate/ban abortion might result in some victories. This might be a more fruitful path, allowing pro-life forces to concentrate their resources.
