Presumption

Would this classify as presumption if I am bombarded with temptation and I tell myself that if I do fall into sin (mortal) that I can go to confession to get rid of the mortal sin (if it were to happen). I am a tad bit scrupulous as well.

As you suffer from scruples, it is unwise for you to seek out information on these kinds of matters on an internet forum, where a variety of opinions will only heighten your confusion. Consult your priest.
