A priest of a religious order (not from our parish) just blessed our new home. Is it appropriate to give him something for his time? Because of the timing he was unable to stay for a meal.

Out of Courtesy it is highly suggested to give him a donation. I personally have DIFFERENT priests both diocesan and religious re-bless my apartment every 4 months (new graces as mosts priests tell me, so ONLY ONE blessing is NOT dogma) and everytime I give the no less than a $20.00 dollar donation. They are VERY!! Happy.🙂
