well-known Christian priest in Italy

I find this odd that they use “Christian” and not Catholic and that he is “well known” which adds boldness to the statement about Christian, but this not back up by reaction from Italy or sources. The statement about the royal funeral being simple made him convert is odd again. I would think that priest would know that a Catholic funeral rite is also simple with every action having meaning and used by all. I’d almost this is a form of Urban Legend.

I’m going to close this thread because there is nothing more to be gained by speculation about what may, indeed, be an urban legend.

I thank all those, Muslim and Catholic, who posted here on a potentially “hot” topic with honest curiousity and/or commentary that was civil and charitable.
