Friends,
A priest I know has a tendancy to give people the Euchraist after Mass (in the case that they couldn’t go to confession before Mass and had to abstain at communion time). I know that this may be allowed if the person is in danger of death or at a communuion service without a Mass, but I don’t know about just giving Communion after Mass.
If anyone can cite a document or statement from the Church or an apologist at Catholic Answers, that would be a great help.
