Priests in Mortal Sin

If I am in mortal sin I am not supposed to receive the Eucharist until I have received the sacrament of penance.

What if a priest is in mortal sin, hasn’t been to confession and is celebrating the Mass. What does he do?
 
He must still receive but he must get to confession as soon as is humanly possible.

He also has to say an act of contrition first, before saying the mass
