Exactly right. That is why these definitions need to be clarified. The direct and intentional killing of an innocent embryo is always wrong. Methotrexate is nothing more than poison when used in these situations.That is why we speak of direct and indirect abortion. I know some Catholic moralists claim methotrexate use is justified by double effect, but I cannot see how that passes the test.
