Pro-Choice Folks - Do you believe woman are ignorant?

Many pro-abortion folks claim that women do not understand that they are killing a living human being. Do you feel that you are not insulting women’s intelligence when telling them things such as “it’s your body”, or “it’s only a blob of tissue”?
Just trying to understand how pro-aborts rationalize telling vulnerable women what they want to hear, when these women actually do know it is false.

No, I don’t think pro-choicers think are women are ignorant. They just dishonestly prey on their sensibilities. Women know full well they are killing a living human being. If you lie to yourself enough times, you will eventually come to believe it.
 
It is a false comfort pro-abortionists offer. These are preciesly the words a terrified accidently pregnant woman wants to hear. This terror drives out rationality from your mind.

That is what makes it so insidious. You have a woman who is vulnerable not to mention probably scared to death. She knows full well that she is pregnant and carrying a real live baby human being. The last thing she needs is for someone to prey upon that fear with falsehood (and mock her intelligence in the process).
I strongly agree that it is precisely the terror that drives rationality from her mind and that which pro-abortion advocates take advantange of by feeding her with lies. Lies of which the comfort of hearing blots out the reality that of which she knows to be the truth.
I am trying to understand how the pro-abortion advocates can in good conscience promote, encourage, and practice such tactics. It would seem to me none other than subordination of women.
The actual abortion if it takes place is whole separate crime. It is no less than the murder of an unborn human being. But also the taking of an already subordinated woman whose intelligence was mocked and subjecting her to physical violence and abuse as well. I will say though that this differs from women who know and understand they are killing a living human being but don’t care because they believe they have a right to kill other people who are helpless.
