Thank you for sharing the link.

I especiall appreciated both the information on the girls scouts and the informaiton on alternative groups for young women.
In regard to the issues surrounding CRS several things may be helpful:
the charity review for CRS is dated 2012.
The discussion of the concerns (linked by awke) by the USBCC is dated 2013.
This discussion notes:
“CRS has a careful vetting system to ensure that its activities and partnerships with other groups or governments are forms of cooperation that do not violate Catholic teaching. As CRS’ work necessitates collaboration with a broad network of partners in complex environments with a regularly changing focus, this system is constantly reviewed and updated.
The agency welcomes questions and concerns offered in a spirit of Christian charity. If any weaknesses or problems are found assessment and action are undertaken to correct the problem.” (my bolding)
As CRS is working with so many partnerships, I appreciate its recognition that ongoing oversight of these partners is beneficial to CRS in its efforts to uphold the Magisterium.
Perhaps the pro-life charity ranking has been helpful through its research in this area. It might be helpful to see a more recent review of the organizations which currently partner with CRS.
May God bless us all as we prayerfully discern how best to support the needs of others in accordance with the will of Our Lord.
Amen.
