Separate of the 2nd commandment: doing much better on than that one than the garden-variety kind. I know there’s scriptural basis for the effort, written by my own patron saint no less!

Basically, I’m at the place where I was a few years ago on the 2nd commandment: It comes out with no conscious thought when angry or startled, etc. End here: “…brevity is the soul of wit…”
 
Yes. I should have specified that I needed prayers. I was too focused on trying to keep it brief and staying away from specifics. Sorry about that. Doing well so far today, though.
