Think of the ‘Fiat’ of Mary, her answer was Yes thy will be done, she accepted the grace of Mother of God without her yes we would not have the heavens opened to us. Remember the Creed- he descended to the dead … he ascended into heaven … he opened the heavens by his sacrifice but had to die a human death to do this. Original sin was the cause of this. Mary was preserved from Original Sin by providence as the prophets fortold of Jesus the MessiahI have some very serious problems with this “Mary as Co-Radiometric” idea.
Is it doctrine or dogma and would you please tell me what is the difference?
To me, and I mean no offense here, it seems to be like…the trinity plus one
Jesus Christ is our Savior and Lord. This idea , Kay I am going to say it, seems to be heresy. (And I depise heresy hunters.)
Quite frankly, this may be the deciding issue as to why I must leave my beloved Catholic Church behind me.

Good question, of course Providence has already made the choice and God knows the answer but if she said no which she never would because of her faith, but hypotheticaly God would have chosen a woman who said yes. When Jesus was tempted he could have said yes to any of the devils temptations but He did not but the free will, the opportunity exists as a gift a grace of our own will to determine our salvation, this is LOVE.If Mary would have said no would that have stopped God’s plan for our salvation?
