Does anyone here happen to know the history of the processional cross that is typically used at Papal Masses celebrated at St. Pete’s? How about it’s design and size?

It appears to be quite old and it’s not exactly common looking. It’s not a standard crucifix with corpus, nor is it a four-way metropolitan’s or papal cross. Any information at all about it would be appreciated.
