'Profound Sacramental?'

The other day while watching YouTube I heard a priest say, ‘profound sacramental’ when referring to the cross. What does that mean?

It means the cross is a very great sacramental, a very serious sacramental.
 
I guess I understand the general meaning of the words but what does a ‘profound sacramental’ do that a regular one can’t?
 
There’s no official class of “profound sacramentals” so I’m guessing the priest probably just meant that the cross is one of the more powerful sacramentals and has great meaning attached to it.
