Pronounciation of Noe?

In older Catholic Bibles, such as the Douay Rheims and Confraternity, the name of Noah is spelled Noe. How is this supposed to be pronounced? Is it still pronounced as “No-uh”, or as “No-ee”, or as “No”?
 
According to the Hebrew, Noah’s mother called him “noach,” Scottish/German ch.
