Prop 78 and 79....

Ok the wife and I are confused… which prop helps the elderly? Coulda swore it was 78. Thx.

I think 79 is sponsered by the big drug companies and will hurt us. I just want to make sure that I didn’t get them reversed… voting in like 15 minutes… thx.
 
Didn’t something like Prop 79 pass in Maine and it was a failure?

I don’t know about Maine. What I’ve heard is that 78 is the drug co’s response to 79. It’s totally voluntary and they can cancel it at any time. If the drug co’s have spent millions trying to defeat 79, as I’ve read they have, then it stands to reason that it is the better program.

I was confused on this, too, but I voted no on 78 and yes on 79…🙂
