In Liturgy of The Hours, there are various part that change based off of what season of the church is it, whose feast day it is, ect. All these changes are organized by day/season in a part of the book called the Proper of Seasons.
So long answer short, the Proper of Seasons is where the proper parts of Liturgy of The Hours is placed depending on what season it is.
