Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel.
there are a lot more that deal with lineage and where he will be born. however, i think that one’s good.

I’m not sure that this is what you want. I am interpreting your question as what prophesies in the Old Testament refer to the coming of the messiah.
I heard somewhere that there are 300 passages in the OT which prefigure the Messiah but *Apologetics and Catholic Doctrine *by Abp Sheehan, edited by Fr Peter Joseph only lists those below.
Remember that the most important way we read the bible is literally so that what we read has a literal meaning applicable to the time when the passage was written and the spiritual sense is what we read in the passage with the eyes of Faith.
Genesis 12:2-3 - Fulfilled in Matthew 1:1
Genesis 49:10 - Fulfilled in Matthew 1:2. Luke 3:33
Is 11:1-1 - Fulfilled Luke 1:32-33
