Would it be OK to propose marriage while at an Eucharistic Adoration chapel? It would be during a private hour (just the two of us). Eucharistic Adoration is extremely important to the both of us and we believe it the primary reason why we met and will (hopefully) get married some day. I want to honor the Lord in a most direct way by proposing while He is present.

Dear Son,

I have revised this answer after further thought. Certainly, there is a time and a place for everything. Ordinarily the purpose for exposing the Blessed Sacrament is to adore His sacred Presence—not to speak with each other—as good or lofty or holy as our conversations may be. However, the fact that you are considering marriage as His calling, your discussing this with her before the Blessed Sacrament could be appropriate since it involves the three of you.
