Protestant Analysis Of Matthew 16:15-19 (Papacy)

Dear All:

I saw on this board about 6 months ago, a discussion on the Papacy and part of that discussion was a list of Protestant Theologians, etc. that interpreted Matthew 16:15-19 to support the Papacy. Some of the interpretations were even more Catholic than what is presently stated in the Catecism. Can anyone find this tread for me???
