What period are you referring to? Do you mean during the time between Adam and Moses?

oral tradition. did Jesus die? do you pray to Jesus? how about Mary? when she said all generations shall call me blessed.
You might want to spend some time learning about jewish living. for us and them have very little differences.

i sure wish that was the case. Having an infallible interpreted would sure be helpful at times. To bad there is not one. 🤷

I realize that. Let’s go by what the Catholic Church determined to be inspired writing - the New Testament of the Bible.

Not whom but the facts. All men are fallen. Church leaders have messed up on both sides. No one has a claim on the idea of being infallible and can be taken seriously.

It would help if you told us when the canon of scripture was determined, and who determined it. Unless the canon of scripture is just a protestant tradition.

Determined around the 4th century by the catholic church.

You are the one who said we have to determine what “theological system” uses the most Scripture. So how could this be accomplished prior to Scripture? The Church came before Scripture you know.
