What role do women play in your churches worship service?

My Episcopalian friends have a female priest! It’s shocking to me of course, but their parish seems to like her a lot and she seems to “fit” them well.

Lutherteach is ELCA. They and other Lutheran synods in the world do ordain women.
Of the other major Lutheran synods in America, LCMS and WELS do not. At least in our LCMS parish, women serve as layreaders and ushers during divine service.
