Each denomination has its main emphasis . and scripture justification.

Just like catholics.
  1. Who emphasized the real presence. .
    2 go to confession and
3 pray to Mary and the saints.
The interesting thing about taught doctrine.
Is…
  1. What do you think is the gospel of Jesus?
  2. And how it is expressed.?
  3. And what were you taught?

I do not fully understand what you are trying to say and ask, but at least I can say that “the real presence. . go to confession and pray to Mary and the saints…” are not the main points of Catholic doctrine but are rather what bother other denominations the most, and are thus what Catholic apologetics and apologists explain the most.

So what is the gospel of Jesus Christ? As the Catechism says:
422 ‘But when the time had fully come, God sent forth his Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, so that we might receive adoption as sons.’ This is ‘the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God’:’ God has visited his people. He has fulfilled the promise he made to Abraham and his descendants. He acted far beyond all expectation - he has sent his own ‘beloved Son’.

2763 All the Scriptures - the Law, the Prophets, and the Psalms - are fulfilled in Christ. The Gospel is this “Good News.”
In other words, Jesus Christ is the Good News.

Protestants like to give us issues about the blessed Virgin Mary as if they don’t love Jesus’ mother more than their own. A child may be born to a mantis of a mother (decapper) and always love her dearly. Reverence for Saints are like reverence for powerful pastors but it goes well beyond that. Wars with Saints are beyond the majority of American military struggle but settlers came from some of the same bloodlines. St. Joan of Ark for one example. So, we have a rich heritage and believing in an afterlife choose to remain connected to the strongest of us and better followers of Jesus. Not to always be proud and be the best follower, letting them who serve better be better than we, and be strong in prayer.
