John the Baptist as a baby in Elizabeth’s womb did not leap at Mary. He leaped because Mary was pregnant with Jesus. If she wasn’t pregnant then there’s no reason to leap.
NDfan, WRONG! READ SCRIPTURE

(Luke 1: 44) The Moment (YOUR GREETING) sounded in my ears the baby leapt in my womb for joy.

NDfan, who’s greeting? Was it the Lord’s greeting that Elizabeth heard or was it Virgin Mary’s greeting? Again who’s greeting? Of course It was Virgin Mary’s GREETING that made John the Baptist leap for Joy.

NDfan above you mention “no reason to leap” Shame on you and beware you are talking about Our Lords Mother. You must remember Virgin mary was destined to have our Lord and therefore her GREETING wether pregnant or not with our Lord, should make everyone leap for Joy. Except for the devil and his angels, now which side do you stand.

Had the ability to say no?? Let’s see now. The Angel tells Mary you WILL

conceive and have a child. Not will you do this as if the salvation of humanity rests on Mary’s shoulder’s and not GOD’s. Mary says no I won’t do it. Suddenly GOD (who is absolutely perfect) has HIS plan for redemption foiled unexpectedly. Now GOD suddenly is not so perfect. Yeah RIGHT.
NDfan, YES, everyone has a will to say yes or no to God. God did not make us into robots. Virgin Mary said YES when she said “I am the servant of the Lord “LET IT” be done to me as you say” (Luke 1:38)

NDfan, right after Virgin Mary says “LET IT”… … the Angel Left her.

NDfan, what part of Virgin Mary saying “LET IT BE DONE TO ME” don’t you understand?

NDfan, if Virgin Mary had no say in the matter why did she say: LET IT BE DONE TO ME?

NDfan, if i tell you, “let it be done to me”, that means I am giving you the permission to “LET IT” happen to me. And with this Virgin Mary and God himself proves YOU WRONG.

Beware it is the Lords Mother that you talk about, that she has no say!

How Embarrased WILL you be when you come face to face with Virgin Mary in Heaven and most importantly how GUILTY you will be when you come face to face with her son. Abandoning the Mother is but one step from abandoning her Son.

Where in the Gospels does it say John went to Mary and then in turn Mary gave John the courage to show up at the crucifixion :shrug

:

NDfan, I ask you, where in the Gospel does it say, that John did not go to Virgin Mary?

The Gospel proves you WRONG, AGAIN!

NDfan, the Bible does not tell us that John found Virgin Mary The Bible SHOWS US that John did go to Virgin Mary, and where Vigin Mary went, there was John by her side at the foot of the Cross! NDfan, you can’t deny that FACT can you. I rest my case!!!
