Psalm 122

I am in a bible study group and my assignment is to study psalm 122 and come up with the literal meaning, allegorical meaning, tropological, and anagogical meaning.

I’m really at a loss here… Can anyone help me with this?

The Haydock is also always worth checking out. It’s not nearly as extensive as Augustine’s.

Guess I should ask if you know what is meant by the “literal meaning, allegorical meaning, tropological, and anagogical meaning”? If not, those terms are defined in the Catechism of the Catholic Church, #115 thru #118.
