I’m not sure you mean.

Is this the verse?

Psalm 35:26
“Let them be put to shame and confusion all together who rejoice at my calamity! Let them be clothed with shame and dishonor who magnify themselves against me!”

This Psalm is about deliverance from enemies. Basically, it means:
“Shame on people who are happy and laugh at me when I’m hurt. People who think they’re all that should be ashamed.”
