Psalm tones and church modes

Do psalm tones fit into any of the church modes? Or are we to see them as a bit different?
How do deal with it?
I couldnt fit this into one of the modes (maybe it’s not even using one of the psalm tone but it’s still a good example):

Psalm tones are tied to the mode of the preceding antiphon, which has an ambitus between the recitation chord and the finale. The tone has a corresponding recitation chord, and a final melody designed to make it (relatively) easy to pick up the antiphon again on the right note.
