Psychiatric testing for the priesthood?

I understand that seminary applicants have to pass a psychiatric test, and I understand the reasons for this.

But according to Catholic theology an individual can receive a private revelation or calling (like St. Francis or St. Paul.)

Could anyone who had had such an experience get past the psych test a seminary applicant has to take today?

Could St. Francis or St. Paul enter the priesthood today?
