Ahh…I should have asked, do we believe God’s public revelation ended with the death of the last apostle? I’m confused.Not quite. We believe God’s public revelation was completed in the words and actions of Jesus.

I don’t think so. If the public revelation was completed in Christ, then his last public act, His acension, was the last of the public revelationAhh…I should have asked, do we believe God’s public revelation ended with the death of the last apostle? I’m confused.
Edit: See also CCC article 72 - God has revealed himself fully by sending his own Son, in whom he has established his covenant for ever. the Son is his Father’s definitive Word; so there will be no further Revelation after him..
