If incredulous people stand in the way of the mission of the Lord, consistently, and do not accept or are selfish with the time of that person who is in the course of their duties to do so or are, is there or has there been found to be some consequence?

There are always people who want to pass judgement on those around them its Gods work not yours those who judge will be judged by the same harshness. You have no idea what plans God has for these people who don’t believe and never will - you have to leave these things in Gods hand its not for you to judge. Jesus warned us not to judge others.
