Pupils told: Sex every day keeps the GP away

The other day I was studying with a group of classmates and one of the guys that sits at my lab table mentioned a debate everyone was having before I arrived. He said they were arguing about having sex and cohabiting before marriage. His argument FOR having sex outside was this: “It’s like getting a new car, you gotta try it out before you buy it ya know?”

How degrading, selfish and just plain sick is that? Thanks to sin, so many of us are brainwashed to think sex is everything. Evil causes us to treat our brothers and sisters like toys that are only there for our own gratification. Makes me want to punch the devil right in the face.

In reality sex (the sinful kind) leaves you cold and broken. It wont make these teens happier OR healthier. I fear for the families who continue to buy into these lies. I hope to God my son will choose a healthy, dignified path.

I am taking Microbiology this summer and especially after learning about all those nasty diseases that are caused by STI’s, it’s NO WONDER why our dear St. Paul warned us to “flee from sexual sin!” What those little critters do to a person’s body is scary.

Most do try it before they buy it, they want to see if they are compatible, because sex is very important to most folks

It seems to me that as we grow, there are different stages of life that we have to go through, people are sexual beings, its easy to get involved, in fact too easy, its a tough fight that most dont win or really they dont want to win. The Church is spiritual, we are weak humans here on earth , easily tempted, it seems to me , it`s just normal things we go through. All God asks is that we try, even though we fail most of the time, Look at men & the way they are made, watch their actions, man is basically an animal when it comes to sex, just my take, & yes, I usually do have everything all wrong

I am not denying that it is a difficult part of life. It was much easier back then when people married young and images of sexuality weren’t flashed in your face everywhere you go. However this line of thinking is a dangerous path. Do not make excuses for humans. I am sure God understands our difficulties. But He also expects holiness from us to make it to heaven. We cannot simply go about saying ‘Oh, its okay, God understands, its just a part of life’. You have diminished sin for what it really is, horrible and disgusting. Sin is always bad, and the saints made a big deal over all of them, even the small ones. I remember watching in the movie Therese, where St.Therese was crying because she was sorry that she took a larger slice of cake than her sisters. What love! God bless you.

I would really love to see the data on the depression rates, eating disorders, and self harm on teenage girls that actually did have daily sex. This article speaks nothing of spiritual or emotional health.

Planned Parenthood [read: Planned Genocide] is making a profit off of the self esteem and dignity of girls.

I have received so many mixed messages from different priests over the yrs, I dont know what to believe, I am trying to make sense of it all, sometimes you come to your own conclusions by reasoning, I mean I been looking at life a long time, certain things seem like they are meant to be,even a priest I was having a talk with agreed with that. Man doesn`t go around with a halo on his head & twiddle his thumbs, he is out there & when your out there , things are gonna happen.My main prayer is, Mercy LOrd God, Have mercy on us all

As a kid and a teen, then an adult, I always hated the way men said lewd things about a girl, who was just passing by, it seemed to be all I ever heard, or wolf whistles & such, I always felt girls & women were degraded terribly, yet there are some women & girls who like that
