Purchasing rosary on ebay = simony?

Just curious…why would buying it on Ebay–or any other venue–be any more of a sin of simony than buying it in a Catholic store? (although I think it’s been pretty well established that buying a rosary doesn’t constitute simony or else I’d be in trouble because I bought a beautiful celtic rosary from QVC )

The OP was concerned about buying an already Blessed Rosary.

To the OP: I’m glad you got reassurance; I agree with others that it isn’t a problem. At least you know in your hands they will go to some good use.
