Purgatory and Eastern Catholics

It is late and I am tired, but this idea shot into my head. How do the Eastern Catholics (specifically Byzantine) define (or not define) purgatory? I am under the assumption that Byzantine Catholics accept Purgatory due to Florence under the moniker: final theosis. Am I wrong about that?

In terms of the OCA, I’m pretty ignorant to be honest.

According to the Treaty of Brest, dated 1595:

Article 5.—We shall not debate about purgatory, but we entrust ourselves to the teaching of the Holy Church.
