I read something recently that gives numbers contrary to that. Aren’t the Carpatho-Rusyns in ACROD? Most OCA parishes I see online are those that are mostly converts, and I’ve seen through the OCA website a number of ethnic parishes that are under the OCA. There’s quite a few in my area, a couple of Russians and a couple of Romanians at least.

ACROD was founded by Carpatho-Rusyns and adhere to Carpatho-Rusyn traditions.
The OCA - then Russian Orthodox Greek Catholic Church - was also fleshed out by Carpatho-Rusyns, mostly Lemko, but have minimally retained Carpatho-Rusyn traditions.

The OCA has distinct local churches for some ethnic groups - who, as it happens, also have their own jurisdictions. Apart from these, parishes within the regular territorial diocese may also have a definite ethnic composition, moreso in the north east, far less in the South and South West.
