We experience particular judgement and then go to heaven, hell or purgatory until the day of general judgement at the end times at which point we are reunited with our bodies (new bodies) - those in heaven (and purgatory) resurrected to eternal life with Christ in heaven and all others resurrected to eternal torment in hell (the lake of fire, the absence of God).
