The indult allowing EMHC to purify vessels was not renewed by our Holy Father. It is to be done by priest or deacon. On 10/06 it was brought up and was given a negative. You can read the letter on USCCB. Go under liturgy, then communion under both kinds. Pass on the word to our brothers and sisters so that things are done right.
