Even forgetting the issue of disease, is the church arguing that couples should have unlimited children? Because that’s just not reasonable in this day and age. At the same time, sex is integral to a healthy marriage, so couples should be able to use contraception in order to protect themselves from disease and ensure that they do not have more children than then can afford or handle.

You can get a condom free at any clinic in any publicly funded school in DC. Or you can purchase them from most Wal-Marts, Target Stores, gas stations etc etc. It does not seem to have helped in DC or the USA for that matter.According to what I have read Wash Dc is in the throws of an aids epidemic…I am sure no one told them not to use condoms…they still have created an epidemic by their risky behavior
