Putting religious symbols on letters

Is it wrong to put religious symbols (cross, Alpha and Omega…) on letters and birthday cards that I print out myself by printing out a blank sheet of paper with the symbols on top and the lines to write the letter? I put them on in my computer and have been doing it for some time, but now I want to make sure it is morally right.
 
Never thought about it right or wrong. I have always put JMJ+ BVM on all my letters, cards or notes to friends and family. Catholic and non Catholic. Do not put on business, etc.
 
What makes you think it would be morally wrong? What commandment would you be breaking?

Think through these things for yourself.
