Q on Todays Epistle the Word Frequented?

Please tell me that I must have been sleeping during the epistle at Mass today. Did the reading from Isaiah say that the city shall be called “frequented”(!) ,a city not forsaken?
Couldn’t find it in my NAB!

See, the LORD proclaims
to the ends of the earth:
say to daughter Zion,
your savior comes!
Here is his reward with him,

They shall be called the holy people,
the redeemed of the LORD,
and you shall be called “Frequented,”
a city that is not forsaken.

This is from the Douay-Rheims translation. It may clear things up. They are not talking about the actual name of the city here. They are just describing it (though names of cities are often descriptions of them).

Behold the Lord hath made it to be heard in the ends of the earth, tell the daughter of Sion: Behold thy Saviour cometh: behold his reward is with him, and his work before him. 12 And they shall call them, The holy people, the redeemed of the Lord.
