Yeah i am lost with 4th commandment to honor father and mother
in what way do we sin here just to know?

For example if we are full and cant eat enymore and you get told to eat the rest of food and you dont because you cant its not a sin?

and if you are not child enymore but adult are we still to listen to parents order or not?

question again because i am lost and confused

what if parent expect from son or daugther what canoot do but is expected to do but person has disablity and forgetfullness?

The reason i ask this is because i never tough about this all unitil i repented now i feel confused and lost and with my mental disablity learning disablity ocd anxiety forgetuflness issues and confusion

other is i am lost in this world not understanding the world how it function but usally as child i didnt here and there listen but learn to listen more aftherwards i am aware i should always respect dad and mom yet for some reason

since i was a child everything was blank maybe that s because of my disablity issues and trauma i had as a child

and as child i had weird imaginations about our faith wrong percpection that faith is seperated from this world like something diffrend what has nothing to do with enything

but as i growed up i realise that this was just my imagination maybe because of sinfull lifestyle what tricked me to think this way and this stayed and stayed now it like left me these issues T_T

i wish enyone could also pray for me for this issue afther explain to me i dont get

Usally to just let you know

I am aware that i am always suposted to listen what dad or mom says
i know that its always good to show respect to dad mom grandma etc

Yet i wonder what if someone has abusive parent narcism

I think disagreements are allowed, just be respectful. Don’t abandon them as they grow old, and listen. They tell you to do (and not do) many things out of love for you.

You are asking, that’s good!

Our Father, Hail Mary, Glory Be, Fatima Prayer, AMEN!

Does this mean even so i am 30 i need to obey them while i live in same roof?

and thanks

I would say learn to discuss differences and compromise. An old saying in America is " my house, my rules…". As an adult you can all discuss yhe rules.

I will indulge your question.

If you are in their house and they make requests or rules that are not immoral or against the Church’s teachings if you are Catholic then yes, you should follow them. Not doing so would be a violation of the 4th Commandment.

In layman’s terms just like in the military, if you disobey a lawful request or order you are in violation of the rules. If the order or request is not lawful you are not in violation.

If you don’t treat your parents with respect or abandon them if they are in need you violate the commandment. But this is no different than for a person who is not your parent. Love your neighbor as yourself.

If you have a Catechism of the Catholic Church, you could read the explanation of the 4th Commandment in paragraphs 2196-2257 which digs deep into the role & responsibilities of the relationship between children/parents, including adult children/parents. It should clarify most, if not, everything. For further clarification, it’s always good to speak with a priest.
