My Dear Brothers and sisters,

Firstly Wish you all a very happy new year.

I ended up in registering here while i was trying to answer a few questions raised by my friend against the religion and i am not able to give an answer.Due to this, in my first post itself i would like to ask my first question.

In the canonization process ,how a miracle is accepted (the process doesn’t mention about the approval by panel of unbiased doctors who confirms the miracle including the person who was treating the person before the miracle.)

As i am not a theologist i would need your help in defending our faith .

Thank you all for helping me.

Warm Regards
Sajith

Sajith, a Blessed New Year to you - and welcome to CAF. 🙂

These two articles should be helpful to you in addressing the questions of your friend:

catholicculture.org/culture/library/view.cfm?id=6960&repos=1&subrepos=0&searchid=697862

Thanks very much Frances,

The links are very useful in understanding the process. especially the last para of second thread will be very helpful while talking to a person who consider the miracles as fake .

Prayers
Sajith
