I suppose that would depend on whether one were to give it a cursory glance or study it in-depth.
My basic point throughout this has been do not jump to conclusions or make assumptions. You cannot know everything about two people or their circumstances. One requires all the facts to be able to come to a judgement with certainty. The decision over whether two people are married belongs to the Church and not any one of us.
For me this thread has run its course and I am muting it.
